Great Skin ... SALAD!

Here's a secret to great skin! 




 Bitter green salad or arugula salad topped with: berries, grapefruit, orange, avocados, bell peppers, cucumber, tuna, beets, avocado oil, and apple cider vinegar.

The live veggies and natural sugars from the fruit will give you more energy than the a cupcake that's for sure without the downfall of added calories and fat!
